Our Process

Interested in learning more about working with Stitchwheel?  We've laid out a 4-step process to break down how we work with needlepoint designers.  

Step 1

The Designer fills out our New Designer Application Form to let us know a little bit about their business.  

Step 2

Once onboarded, the Designer will be granted online account access and will be able to submit canvas designs for price quotes.  

Step 3

Once the quote is ready, a custom product will appear in the Designer's private account storefront, allowing the Designer to purchase units of that canvas. 

Step 4

Once orders are placed, canvases will be hand painted in our studio. Our typical turnaround time is approximately 12 weeks, though timing is extended at the moment due to recent growth in the industry. Please reach out to us for information about current expected turnaround times.
