Refund policy

As all orders are custom painted to order, returns and cancellations are not accepted. 

Orders will ship in approximately 12 weeks from the order date. We will communicate with you throughout the process, sharing proofs of new designs for your feedback and approval. 

In the event of any painting errors on Stitchwheel's part once you receive the canvases, we will gladly address them. Please reach out to hello@stitchwheel.com with any questions or concerns.
