Refund policy

As all orders are custom painted to order, returns and cancellations are not accepted. 

Our typical turnaround time is approximately 12 weeks, though timing is significantly extended at the moment due to recent growth in the industry. We do not provide turnaround time guarantees. We will communicate with you throughout the process, sharing proofs of new designs for your feedback and approval. 

In the event of any painting errors on Stitchwheel's part once you receive the canvases, we will gladly address them. Please reach out to hello@stitchwheel.com with any questions or concerns.
